1. If you have your alarm set for 6 am & you wake up at 5:55 lay there for that extra 5 minutes, it actually puts you in a good mood to start your day off.

But the water has to be HOT. But not too hot. 5. If you have damaged or split ends, put your hair in a ponytail & lather the ends with Regular moisturizing lotion with avacodo extract, I use suave’. It helps repair damage! but don’t forget to wash it out after an hour! 6. If you have oily skin, use babywipes at night to get all the dirt & gunk out your pores, this will eliminate oil buildup. 7. For a smaller waist, hula hoop for 30 minutes everyday. put your favorite music on while doing it, it makes the time FLY.
